Who do I work with?
I work with individuals from the age of 18 onwards, insurance companies and other agencies.
How much does a session cost?
I offer an initial session at a lower fee, to enable you to discuss the issues you wish to explore and the expectations you may have about the counselling process.
The initial session is £55 and thereafter £65, unless coming via an insurance provider, in which case the fee will differ.
When do I pay?
All sessions are paid for at the start, or end of session, or as agreed at initial session.
How long are the sessions?
All sessions last 50 minutes.
what are the working hours
My working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies, depending on the nature of what you bring to therapy, but I collaborate with you in reviewing progress at regular intervals.
What is the Person-Centred approach(PC)?
The Person-Centred approach believes that human beings have the ability to reach their full potential if given the opportunity to explore themselves in an atmosphere that is non-judgemental, honest and empathic.
What is Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy(CBT)?
CBT focuses on recognizing unhelpful and or destructive patterns of thinking and reacting, then modifying, or replacing these with more realistic and helpful ones.
