The motivating force behind my first degree in psychology was a need to gain a greater insight into myself and those around me. This provided me with grounding in the social, biological and developmental aspects of human behaviour. Along with this, I chose to do two years of Philosophy. This, I believe, has contributed to my ability to reflect and work at a deeper level. I then went on to do an Honours Degree in Psychology with the following subjects: Personality Theories, Psychopathology, Ecosystemic Psychology, Research, Developmental and Clinical Psychology. Finally, for now, I embarked and completed a two year Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology in Person-Centred (PC) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
