Counselling, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in Guildford, Surrey

I am a Therapist offering Counselling and Psychotherapy to individuals wishing to make positive changes in their lives. I work collaboratively with clients in a reflective and non-judgemental way, using a Cognitive Approach, which focuses on the thoughts and beliefs underlying negative emotions and problems.

I am very dedicated and passionate about therapy and have worked with a great variety of clients presenting with a diverse range of problems, such as, Depression, Anxiety, Panic-attacks, Phobias, Abuse, Troubled relationships, Stress, Self-esteem issues and many more.

I have a BA Degree in Psychology (3 years), an Honours Degree in Psychology (3 years) and a two year Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from the University of East London in Person-Centred (PC) and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am registered with the British Psychological Society BPS,as well as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP, whose strict code of ethics I adhere to. I am also a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Pactitioners NHSTA.

The Psychotherapy and Counselling practice is situated in Guildford, Surrey, within easy reach of London, Woking, Godalming, Farnborough and other major towns.
