Counselling, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in Guildford, Surrey

I am a Therapist offering Counselling and Psychotherapy to individuals. I work collaboratively with clients in a reflective and non-judgemental way, using a Cognitive Behavioural Approach (CBT), which focuses on the beliefs, thoughts,and behaviours underlying negative emotions and problems.

I am very dedicated and passionate about therapy and have worked with a great variety of clients presenting with a diverse range of problems, such as, Depression, Anxiety, Panic-attacks, Phobias, Abuse, Relationship problems, Stress, Self-esteem issues and many more.

I have a BA Degree in Psychology (3years), an Honours Degree in Psychology (3years) and a two year Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from the University of East London in Person-Centred and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). In addition, I continue to gain experience by reading, researching subjects and attending workshops. I am a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS) BPS,as well as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) BACP, whose strict code of ethics I adhere to. I am also a member of the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies BABCP and the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Pactitioners NHSTA.

The Psychotherapy and Counselling practice is situated in Guildford Surrey, within easy reach of, London, Woking, Godalming, Clandon, Farnham and other towns.
